Recycling Contribution Share Statement

The Regulation on Recovery Contribution Share was published in the Official Gazette dated 31.12.2019 and numbered 30995 (4th repeated) and entered into force on 01.01.2020.

Among the products/goods/materials included in Annex-1 of the Environmental Law along with this regulation:

-Points of Sale for Bags

- Issuers or Importers for other products/items/materials

It is aimed to determine the administrative and technical, procedures and principles regarding the determination, declaration, collection and monitoring of the recovery contributions by the Company.
